Lndigo was founded in 2021 and grew out of years inside the engine room of enterprise finance: invoice operations measured in the hundreds of thousands, multi entity ERP migrations, automation rollouts, backlog recoveries, and the daily discipline of keeping payables moving while everything around them changed.
That history shaped a simple belief. The teams that struggle are rarely short on effort. They are short on process design. So we built a practice with two arms: one that rebuilds the wheel for organizations, and one that trains the professionals who will keep it turning.
Engagements are led by a principal practitioner and scaled through a trusted network of finance operations, systems, and processing specialists, so capacity grows with the work without diluting the standard.
